Marketing is the lifeblood of any destination. It is the key that drives the economic engine of tourism expenditures. The design of marketing efforts affects the demographic attracted to a destination and the brand for that destination. It is highly critical that the right message be delivered, effectively, to the right demographic and that the destination is prepared to deliver the services / attractions that it markets.
