Political Advocacy

Cullinan Properties is currently developing a 23 acre site in Saint Charles, Missouri near the Saint Charles Historic District. This project, totaling $400,000 million, is a lifestyle center with residential units, retail, Class A office space, entertainment venues and restaurants. As a tax increment financing project, it has a very high political profile within the local area. The development will be completed in phases with the first phase to be completed in 2010. Destination Services has been engaged to:

• Assist with the integration of the project into the Saint Charles Community
• Represent Cullinan at various meetings, city council activates and social functions
• Assist with the branding of the project to complement the Saint Charles Historic District
• Identify potential marketing opportunities within the community
• Assist with lead generation for potential businesses
• Provide information/research on the local hospitality industry
• Resolve political issues related to the development
